We have been taking our chihuahua mix to Tailwaggers for boarding when we have to travel without him for two years, and the staff always greets him by name when we drop him off. The daily price for boarding ($50 ish) includes a full day of daycare ($30 ish value), which is so much more reasonable than anywhere else I’ve looked at. During daycare time, the dogs are split into a small dog area and a big dog area. We love visiting the website to watch the small dog area webcam to see what our dog is up to. He loves people and can often be found on the lap of the staff supervising playtime.When we drop him off, we often schedule for them to trim his nails or do a full bath shortly before we’re scheduled to pick him up. This saves us from a separate trip to the groomer’s and is very convenient and reasonably priced. On occasions when we’ve needed to pick up early or add on an extra day due to changing travel plans, Tailwaggers has always been accommodating.It would be nice if they could upgrade the quality of their webcams and if their online booking system for boarding & daycare could support adding on grooming services, but I still give Tailwaggers Verona 5 stars.

My pups are always happy here (Verona Wi location). Whether for the day or overnight. Everyone there is so caring and seems to really enjoy being there. I love that they have relationships with each pet! When I am traveling, the live webcam helps me feel connected to my pups!

My newly adopted pup recently started going about weekly to TailWaggers and she just loved it! Comes home so tired and happy! I trust them and I love being able to check in on her via the webcam!

First time our dog Marley has been to daycare. They did a wonderful job with him. Picked him up he was happy. He had a good time playing with the other dogs. He was very tired and slept well. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Definitely be back again when we are in the area.

We've taken our dog here for a few months, and all of us have been happy. Pup loves playing with the other dogs. Staff are kind--they learn the dogs names and personalities quickly, and handle the animals well. They're attentive too; we had gotten our dog groomed elsewhere, and that groomer has nicked his ears up and been unable to finish plucking them. One of the pack leaders noticed the scabs, and one of the groomers looked his ears over and finished them up! We were blown away by that care (and know where we'll take him for grooming in the future!)

I have a 10 month husky that is not able to stay at home due to separation anxiety. Also, my significant other and I both work near 10-11 hour days and can not leave him home alone that long.After our previous daycare was no longer working out for Balto, we found this one. I am very happy that we found TailWaggees when doing our research.Ever since Balto started going here, we have had an amazing experience. The staff are always so nice and helpful. It seems that Balto also always has a great time!Highly recommend to those looking for a new doggy daycare!

Very impressed with the daycare, we just did a half day and my aussiedoodle has been to other dog daycares but has never come home that tired and relaxed. I love the webcam feature (an outside camera would be also appreciated)! Nice that they give the dogs a break and feed them (owners provide the food) 😊👍

We've been taking our dog here since they first opened and have never been disappointed. The open play area are great being able to watch via the cameras is really nice when we are missing him during his visit. The staff is always friendly and our dog always is so excited for his times here.

The Gingr app makes checking availability and booking easy. Add-on grooming services are a plus. The small vs. large dog areas are also a plus, as our 25 lb dog gets along best with other small dogs. Have always received friendly service at drop-off and pick-up.

Reservation process is really easy, and the staff respond super quickly, even to trying to add on grooming services on short-ish notice. My dog is always excited to go to daycare and work out when he gets home. They know him by name and pay close attention during boarding. He has been boarded various times, and with the last visit, they gave me a heads up that his behavior had changed a bit toward the end of boarding - it was a small change in his eating pattern and play energy - they assessed correctly that it was probably just tired of a long stretch of boarding, but I really appreciated knowing the attention to detail and giving me info of what to keep an eye on at home in case any follow-up was needed. Makes me feel good to know my doggo is well cared for when I’m gone.
