Dogs must be up to date on Bordatella, Distemper, and Rabies vaccinations in order to stay with us. All dogs older than seven months of age must be spayed or neutered to be in the play areas. With a note from your dog’s vet, this policy will be extended until the dog is a year old. All unaltered dogs who have aged out of this policy are welcome to come for our services, but will not be allowed in the play areas. We require easy release collars in the play areas, and we do not allow retractable leashes. Dogs are not permitted to wear clothing, apart from collars, in the play area. Parents are welcome to pack meals for their pups at daycare. Ask a receptionist if you have any questions regarding these policies in place at the Bellevue location. Thank you for your cooperation.
Indoor Play Area
At TailWaggers Doggy Daycare in Bellevue, our two play areas separate our larger and highly active furry friends from our smaller and more quiet canine pals.
Outdoor Play Area
Our two large outdoor play zones are surfaced with pea gravel, providing a safe and fun place for our dogs to run and play. For dogs with more sensitive paws, we have a separate outdoor play area with grass to go out and go potty.
At TailWaggers your dog is never alone! He or she will socialize and play with friends while under the constant supervision of our pack leaders. Daycare dogs are in the play area all day and will only receive naps upon parents’ request or if they need a break to settle down.
Special Accommodations
At TailWaggers Doggy Daycare in Bellevue, we understand that not all dogs enjoy the hustle and bustle of the daycare setting. Senior, disabled, very small, and/or quiet pups have the option of staying in Andy’s Lounge, which is a smaller, furnished separate room in the lobby. You can also opt for your dog to stay in a suite during daycare hours, where they will receive individual play time with a pack leader in our separate outdoor, grassy area. Speak with your receptionist about how we can accommodate your dog in special circumstances!
The Pond
The Bellevue location provides your pup with a unique opportunity — a chance for your dog to play one-on-one with a pack leader in our private pond area. If your dog’s friend signs up on the same day and both owners consent, your pup can enjoy this time with other canine companions. Talk to a receptionist for more information on this feature!

A half day of daycare is 5 hours or less of playtime. A full day of daycare is over 5 hours of playtime. A Spa Day is daycare and a grooming appointment on the same day. Rates are calculated based on what time your dog arrives to play.
We do not accept checks at the Bellevue location.
